UISA”s Private Social Investment Policy establishes that our social actions are focused on the areas of health, education, sports, culture, and income generation, with the goal of contributing to community development by addressing the needs identified by local social indicators.
Furthermore, we strive to ensure the best living conditions for our communities, fostering a more just and balanced society. All social projects, whether initiated or supported by the company, must align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Empowering Lives

Founded in 2006, Florescer Ação Social implements actions and projects that encourage and strengthen the human, social, educational, and cultural development of children, adolescents, and adults in the communities of Denise and Nova Olímpia, MT.

The institution is supported by a team of multidisciplinary professionals committed to promoting social inclusion and advocating for human rights. Over its 17 years of operation, more than 34,000 lives have been positively impacted by its activities.

Uisa is the primary supporter of the institution.
